Newcastle Emlyn

Newcastle Emlyn is only a 10 minute drive from Firecrest Valley and is a pretty market town which lies on the river Teifi. You can explore the 13th century castle ruins which overlooks the winding river.

Carmarthen

Carmarthen Town lies on the river just a 25 minute drive from Firecrest Valley. Carmarthen is thought to be the oldest town in Wales so is full of history and culture. Why not visit the shopping centre, lots of restaurants and cinema.

New Quay

(17 miles, 33 minute drive)

New Quay is a lovely seaside town situated on the Ceredigion coastline. There are a number of companies that offer dolphin watching trips being a hot spot for dolphins who are regularly seen swimming and diving in the bay.

Cenarth is a pretty village situated on the banks of the river Teifi. Canarth is famous for its Salmon leaps and the 200 year old bridge over the river Teifi. Canarth features a riverside walk where visitors can admire Canarth falls.

Discover Tenby's glorious beaches, atmosphere and fine Victorian houses. For the true experience, you have to visit Tenby Harbour. In the summer months, there's nothing better than sitting on the soft golden sand of Tenby Beach.
